Chef Raj Kumar may be a young chef, but he has worked hard to get to where he is today. A graduate of SIM, the young chef cut his teeth in the culinary industry starting as a Commis at Crowne Plaza Hotels and Resorts, before moving to Marina Bay Sands as Commis and later as a Cous Chef in Wolfgang Puck. He is currently the Chef De Cuisine at Andaz Singapore, where his one desire is to create food that makes people happy.
