The White Rabbit

The White Rabbit is a beautiful restaurant and bar housed in a restored 1930s chapel set upon the iconic Dempsey Hill in Singapore. Opened in 2008 by The Lo & Behold Group (Loof, OverEasy, Tanjong Beach Club, Extra Virgin Pizza, Black Swan), The White Rabbit's combination of intricate design, old-world charm and classic European cuisine has garnered a following of regulars as well-heeled travellers. The menu, created with passion by Chef Benjamin Tan, reflects an enhanced, more delicious version of a recognisable classic European favourite such as the beautiful Rangers Valley Wagyu Carpaccio varnished with truffle cream and generously sprinkled with white truffle and balsamic pearls. In its courtyard, The Rabbit Hole, diners can also indulge in an extensive wine menu crafted by General Manager Kelvin Tay. The White Rabbit's excellent food, wine expertise and impeccable service has been recognised by Tatler Singapore's Best Restaurants.
