The World Gourmet Summit 2014 has invited special guests to interact with their peers, and exchange ideas and insights into latest dining trends around the world. These accomplished individuals might play an important role in the F&B and hospitality industry or another industry where they are the experts in their field.  Attend these events they are gracing and participate in exchanges to tap on their expertise and knowledge.



Stephan Zoisl

Chef/Owner Stephan Zoisl, age 32, grew up in the region of Innsbruck, Austria. He grew up in a family business and has experience working in restaurants for over 15 years. Throughout his career he worked in several Michelin starred restaurants like Steirereck (Vienna), The Fat Duck in Bray (UK), Villa Joya Portugal and Alinea (Chicago).

Another chapter was DO&CO caterings for the Formula 1 and other prestigious events, which lead him to Singapore in 2007, where he became one of the youngest head chefs in town, for Novus Restaurant at the National Museum. 

Since 2012 Chef Stephan is working on his personal projects. He opened a cooking Studio with his kitchen partner Gaggenau in central Singapore (The Studio by MyPrivateChef, 61 Tras Street) & his pop up restaurant project NUTOPIA that guarantees an educational, social and theatrical culinary experience to his diners.
