Peter Gunn

Originally from New Zealand Peter Gunn went to Australia in 2010. After spending time with influential chefs like Teage Ezard and Dan Hunter, Peter is now Junior Sous Chef at Attica with Ben Shewry.

In 2012, Peter together with Lindsay Fush, decided to create an outlet of their own style in the form of a pop up restaurant called IDES. After twelve successful months and with a team of four young promising chefs beside him, Peter now heads IDES and runs monthly dinners for 25 guests at a local Melbourne restaurant. Each month Peter puts together six new courses all prepped in his kitchen at home.

Peter will be in Singapore for the Fordham & Grand X IDES feature activity that runs from the 3rd of April till the 5th of April.
