The World Gourmet Summit 2014 will feature an array of amazing Singapore-based Hosting Chefs who will host events with visiting Masterchefs. These Hosting Chefs are ambassadors to our local culinary scene and a force to be reckoned.
Tung Lok Signatures is known for a tantalising range of traditional Chinese cuisine, such as Cantonese, Shanghainese and Sichuan dishes with modern spin – authentic in taste but with Tung Lok’s distinctive touch. Senior Executive Chef of Tung Lok Signatures, Chef Li Man who originally hails from Hong Kong, has infused oriental cooking techniques to premium ingredients not usually served on Chinese tables. A prime example is Tung Lok's pan-fried French foie gras with crispy beancurd skin served with pancake. Hosting Chef Li and Visiting Masterchef Kenny Fun from China will be coming up with innovative, oriental cretions to tantalise palates.
