Skilled in his field, Chef Tan has over 15 years of culinary experience, including eight years at Au Jardin. Chef Tan’s culinary philosophy of simplicity, coupled with The White Rabbit’s refined character, results in a timeless quality of the restaurant. In partnership with Masterchef Sang-Hoon Degeimbre, Chef Tan will be combining contrasting cuisines to create the perfect marriage of flavours.
