Wooloomooloo Steakhouse Special Guest - Chef Aaron Carr

With an interest in cooking beginning since his early teenage years, executive chef of Vasse Felix, Aaron Carr, prides himself on a menu that can "cross the boundaries of cuisine by blending flavours that offer a cutting edge. The art is to create a dish that has simplicity of flavours, thus letting our outstanding produce be the centre of attention." Chef Carr has captained the Margaret River cooking team for Tasting Australia in 1999 and 2001, and is also a regular contributing chef to some of Western Australia's finest food events.

As special guest of WGS Partner Restaurant, Wooloomooloo Steakhouse, Chef Carr will be presenting an exclusive wine pairing dinner in conjunction with Vasse Felix winery for one night only on 20 April 2013.
