Mixologist - Satoshi Iwai

Satoshi Iwai joined Orgo from its affiliated outlets, Bar Rage in Tokyo. Having graduated from Teikyo Heisei University with a degree in Management Information Science, he attended bartender school while still in university and joined Sea Line Tokyo, a Japanese cruise line, as a bartender upon graduation. Whenever he was not out at sea, he would also work at Rokkoan, a Japanese wine bar.

In June 2005, Satoshi joined Mixologist KK, which was founded by Tomoyuki Kitazoe, the renowned Japanese mixologist who is also one of the owners of Orgo. Bartenders at Mixologist are well known for a dedication to their craft and also the company philosophy of using fresh ingredients whenever possible. While with Mixologist, Satoshi had many opportunities to work in various capacities  as a brand ambassador and adviser to one of the major liquor companies in the world.
