The white asparagus takes the spotlight at this dinner as the highly sought after delicacy comes into season. Damien Le Bihan, Group Executive Chef of Deliciae Hospitality Management will be presenting an exquisite white aparagus dinner, accompanied by the finest range of German wines specially selected by Magma German Wine Bistro. 

About Chef Damien Le Bihan
Chef Damien Le Bihan was born in Vannes, Southern Brittany (France), and then schooled in a traditional cooking school in the same town. After Damien had several stints in the kitchens in France and abroad, he worked in a Parisian two-Michelin star restaurant in 2000 before joining Guy Savoy in 2003. Through the years, he moved up the ranks to become “Chef” in 2008. In February 2010, Damien started in Singapore as General Manager of Guy Savoy restaurant at Marina Bay Sands. In April 2011, Chef Damien joined Deliciae Hospitality Management Group (owned by Founder and CEO Olivier Bendel) as its Group Executive Chef. Now, he is supervising 7 concept restaurants in Singapore including Forlino.
