CVNE Experiential Wine Dinner Featuring David Muñoz

Compañía Vinícola del Norte de España (CVNE), a fifth-generation family-run estate, presents an epicurean journey as distinctive Spanish wine varieties complement the avant-garde creations of 2 Michelin-starred Chef David Muñoz. This dinner is the perfect platform to showcase Chef Muñoz’s revolutionary “canvas-dishes” which builds upon the concept of deconstructed cuisine and will definitely promise to be an unforgettable experiential dinner.


Sour coconut and saffron soup / Cockles, langoustine, tobiko and “pochas” (Spanish white beans)
/ Lemon-lime ali-oli and thai basil

Iberico ham juice with yellow potato dumpling / Bone marrow and fresh peas / Smoked eel condiment and black truffle

Creamed black trumpets and truffle filled steamed bun / White asparagus and yuzu

Black cod stewed in roasted chicken juice / Liquorice / Semidried tomatoe kimchi and purple potato

Slow roasted OX beef / Clorofile essence with green mustard / Spanish anchovy condiment.

Raspberry, tomato and ginger / Cantonese walnuts.
