William Ledeuil is a passionate cook, fond of contemporary art and traveling. In 2001, he opened the restaurant ‘Ze Kitchen Galerie’, in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, where he permanently showcases his art collection. In 2009, along the same street, he opened ‘KGB – Kitchen Galerie Bis’. With these two places to taste his Asian-influenced cooking, it has led to a remarkable rediscovery of traditional French cooking.
Within 10 years, William Ledeuil has succeeded to put his mark on French gastronomy with predominance in colour, taste and perfume. His cuisine reflects his personality; spontaneous and thoughtful. Chef William gets inspired everyday by finding the same emotions in every product, the ones growing next to his house or those on the other side of the world.
William Ledeuil received the Fooding Honor Prize in 2009, and has been elected ‘Chef of the Year’ in 2010 by the Gault Millau Guide.
