Ponthier Dessert Industry Workshop

Learn about the wonders of fruit puree when Ponither conducts a workshop to showcase the verstaility of its product. Pastry chef Christophe Grilo from Canelé of the Les Amis Group will be heading the workshop.

Showcasing the modern recipes using French techniques,  Chef Grilo will demonstrate the aim to be of high quality, visually and in terms of flavours, but are feasible in big quantity. Four recipes will be demonstrated:
Black forest tart in a modern way
Finger food chesnut coconut apricot
Mango pistachio & strawberry
Raspberry strawberry prestimousse gourmandise

All recipes are adapted to the semi-industrial market.
