A grand affair featuring the wine from Italy’s Tenuta dell'Ornellaia, enjoy this gastronomic experience presented by our local chefs as they pair up wine and cuisine in a multitude of flavors. This night promises to be one filled with great company, food and drinks.

Since 1981, when Tenuta dell’Ornellaia was established, this beautiful and unspoiled area has become synonymous with winemaking of the first order and the philosophy of ‘quality without compromise'. This have brought the Tenuta dell'Ornellaia's prestigious labels great success and recognition as one of the most important wineries in the world.

About Chef Andrea Sacchi 
Originally from Milan, Chef Andrea Sacchi began his culinary journey in the early 90s and further developed his skills at three establishments in Italy, amongst which is Casanova Grill, a one Michelin-starred restaurant at Westin Palace Hotel, Milan. He landed on the shores of Singapore 2011 as the Executive Chef in The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore. He brings with him extensive food and beverage knowledge and experience from the luxury hospitality industry. With a career spanning 21 years in six countries prior to his present appointment, Chef Sacchi has helmed the culinary teams at five reputable hotels and resorts and is equipped with diverse culinary talents.
