Hailing from Hong Kong, chef Ku Keung started his culinary profession in 1983. With 23 years of experience under his belt, chef Keung has indeed come a long way, undertaking various positions with numerous international hotel chains and independent restaurants in Hong Kong. His credentials also include Assistant Chinese chef with the Shangri-la group in Singapore and Malaysia, Rasa Sentosa Singapore as well as the famed Legend Hotel Malaysia as an Executive Chinese chef for eight years prior to joining Conrad Centennial Singapore in 2005. Chef Keung is a reputable Chinese chef known for his creative style and preparation of delicious contemporary Cantonese cuisine.
