Paco Roncero

Coming from a family rich in culinary traditions, masterchef Paco Roncero started his study of culinary arts at the age of eighteen. After meeting the celebrated Chef Ferran Adrià, he trained at the elBulli restaurant for the next three years and is now widely considered as Chef Adrià's most outstanding disciple. After leaving, Roncero was promoted to head chef at La Terraza del Casino in Madrid. In 2004, Chef Roncero and his mentor were the appointed chefs for the Spanish crown prince's wedding, establishing yet another chapter in Roncero's proud family history. Chef Roncero is currently the director of the Casino de Madrid gastronomy and its restaurant La Terraza.
