His portfolio of restaurants includes Kumi Japanese Restaurant + Bar at Mandalay Bay and the famed Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge at Bellagio Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Additionally, Chef Akira opened his namesake brand, Akira Back Restaurant in New Delhi & Jakarta, DOSA in Seoul opened in May 2016, and additional locations will be opening in Toronto, Singapore, Dubai, Shanghai and in the US – Dallas and Beverly Hills.
Chef Akira’s restaurant brand focuses on modern Japanese cuisine and in 2017; Chef Akira will unveil additional restaurant brands to include both a steak and fresh fish concept respectively.
