Spanning across three shop house units at 38 Tanjong Pagar Road, Tippling Club encloses an innovative cocktail bar; an experiential dining room; and an upstairs private dining room and R&D facility, BIN 38. Tippling Club promises to bring affordable avant-garde cuisine to the neighbourhood in the form of a flexible, everyday dining and drinking destination.
Chef Ryan's brand of modern gastronomy is fun, playful, and fresh. It imbues each meal with a sense of excitement and a touch of theatre. Recognised for its innovative, ultra-progressive cuisine and cocktails, Tippling Club recently placed 11th in Asia's 50 Best Bars 2017, 31st in World's 50 Best Bars, and 27th in Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2017, and in the same breath brought home the honour of Best International Restaurant Bar at the Tales of the Cocktail's 2017 Spirited Awards.
Opened in 2008, Tippling Club quickly rose through the ranks of Asia's Top 20 Restaurants in The Miele Guide - the first independent and authoritative dining guide of the region's finest restaurants. In 2013, Tippling Club racked up five awards at the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence, including th ecoveted Restaurant of the Year and Bar of the Year.
After five successful years on Dempsey Hill, Tippling Club moved to its current CBS location in 2014. In the same year, Tippling Club was also inducted into the illustrious Krug Ambassade programme - a global newtork of the world's elite culinary powerhouses - as the third restaurant in Singapore to be appointed by the House of Krug.
