Nouri, meaning ‘to nourish’, showcases creative fine dining, featuring the restaurant’s version of ‘crossroads cooking’; food that takes influence from around the globe while highlighting the similarities and connections we all share across cultures. A chef’s table at the heart of the restaurant sets the stage for the social interplay between chef and diner.
Chef/Owner Ivan Brehm leads the team at Nouri. Following several years working in the kitchens of Per Se in New York, Hibiscus in London and Mugaritz in the Basque Country, Ivan joined Heston Blumenthal where he was Development Chef at his Experimental Kitchen at The Fat Duck for 4 years. He was also Executive Chef of the Kitchen at Bacchanalia in Singapore.
Located at 72 Amoy Street, Nouri is open for both lunch and dinner, offering a teishoku style a la carte menu and a quick service 5 course tasting menu for the working lunch. For dinner, 5 and 7 course tasting menus are available.
