Yakiniku is always expensive but Renga-Ya (Japanese BBQ & Steak) imports their beef as whole cows. And because this, Renga-Ya (Japanese BBQ & Steak) manages to keep at an affordable price. Their beef is also imported directly from farms or factories to ensure traceability and culpability. Our signature is Prime Beef from Oak Leaf Farm in Tokachi Pref, Hokkaido. The cattles are crossbred of Wagyu and Hokkaido’s Holstein (Dairy Cattle) and raised on natural Non-GMO (Non-Genetically Modified) feed mixed with herbs & grains and the beef is slow-aged for more than 40 days.
