Chef Quentin Glabus combines an impressive culinary background, a strong design sense, a spirit of teamwork leadership, tremendous work ethic, and diverse experience in restaurant and catering management.  He is based in, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil as the executive chef of his eponymous establishment – Chef Quentin Glabus, Private Dinners. His experience includes being the supervising head Canadian chefs for the Canadian Olympic House during the 2016 Rio Olympics. He created and designed over 200 recipes for the team, guests and VIPs. Glabus was the executive chef for the Embassy of Canada in Beijing, China. There, his major roles ncluded preparation of personal meals for the Ambassador and family, inventory management, purchasing and sourcing local and Canadian ingredients, menu design with particular emphasis on showcasing Canadian food, wine and ingredients.
