With 16 years of professional experience in Japan and France under her belt and a book published under her name, critically-acclaimed Chef Patissiere Kiriko Nakamura honed her craft at some of the finest kitchens in Tokyo and Paris, which includes Michelin-starred restaurants Itinéraires (Paris), Hélène Darroze (Paris), L’Instant d’Or (Paris) and most recently Tirpse (Tokyo). In recognition of Chef Kiriko’s talent, Tirpse temporarily suspended its usual lunch menu in 2015 in favour of a dessert-only tasting menu paired with tea or sake, which received positive reviews in the press.
