Having been the Chef of the Year for the World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence in 2013, Chef Patrick Heuberger has refined his culinary skills primarily dedicated to the traditional art of charcuterie. Growing up as a self-taught chef, Chef Heuberger was definitely a good role model to the young minds of At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy.
