Indoguna will present one of its finest products – pork from Fermin – in this great four-hands feast, prepared by Chef Javier Aranda. Highly-praised as the ‘an authentic treasure from Spain’, Chef Javier will create stunning recipes by highlighting the pork’s exceptional quality and its outstanding cuts. Hosted at Binomio restaurant, Chef Javier was chosen as a breakout chef in 2012 at the Madrid Fusion Culinary Congress. Ever since then, he’s opened his own establishment in Madrid and will bring over his fine culinary skills to our shores, and together with Chef Jose Alonso, will provide diners with a sensational Spanish spread that will uphold the richness of Spaniard tradition.
