Pankaew B
From Nakornsritammarach in the south of Thailand, Pankaew starts her culinary journey at home, assisting her mother in their street side food stall. She then continued her love for cooking and joined ‘Ratchapatra Pranakorn University’ a culinary university in Bangkok. She started her career in Singapore in 1994 with Thanying Restaurant in the Thai and dessert sections. Together with Seenuan, she has welcomed many VIPs and royal families from different countries. She also joined Seenuan at a week-long Thai promotion in 2013 at Schloss Elmau Luxury Spa & Cultural Hideaway, the hosting resort of G7 summit this year. Today, she is the Executive Chef of Longtail Asian Brasserie & Bar, a sister restaurant of Sabai Fine Thai and has widened her expertise to Vietnamese as well as Laotian cuisines.
