Staying true to the spirit of Taiwanese cuisine, Chef Arron Huang takes his rightful position as executive chef in Taipei Nong-Lai Restaurant. With ten years of experience as a chef, Chef Huang not only runs Taipei Nong-Lai Restaurant, but he also actively involved in the culinary scene, namely elected as the president of the Association of Taipei Cooking, organising Taiwan Culinary Exhibition and is also the assistant professor of Taipei Chengshih University, managing the department of food and beverage management. Getting featured on television as well as various cookbooks published, Chef Huang is no stranger to the awards section and definitely a familiar face to well-known countries like Brazil and United States of America during his Taiwanese cuisine exchange. In creating his classic dishes, Chef Huang will stand by his motto of “You will only achieve if you strive”.
