Chef Ooi Soon Lok is the executive Chinese chef of Capella Singapore since December 2008 and he is charged with overseeing Cassia, the fine-dining Chinese restaurant and Chinese banquets as well. With a culinary background in traditional Chinese cooking and a flair for innovative creation, Chef Ooi has been creating culinary sensations across Asia and Europe, from China to Hong Kong, Malaysia and Germany. He has achieved many accomplishments at his young age of thirty-six.
