Having attained considerable experience in Europe and the Middle East, Chef Diego Martinelli was keen to explore new challenges in Asia. This prompted him to head to the plush Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts Bali, where he served as the chef de cuisine of their signature Italian restaurant, Il Ristorante.

At The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, Chef Martinelli heads the team of chefs at the newly launched Italian restaurant, The Lighthouse, featuring authentic modern Italian dishes in a chic, stylish, contemporary ambience with a panoramic view of Marina Bay and the Singapore skyline. Bringing with him eleven years of experience, Chef Martinelli crafted his skills at various leading hotels such as the Four Seasons Hotel in Dublin and the Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts in Bali. Be enthralled by Chef Martinelli’s specialities that include garganelli pasta with wild boar ragoût, tuscan percorino, homemade tagliolini with prawns, zucchini and tuna bottarga and grilled suckling pig cheek with green apple compote.
