An Evening of Indulgence with Hudson Valley Foie Gras

Chef-owner of Hudson Valley Foie Gras Michael Ginor will be showcasing a menu of indulgence consisting of five-courses themed around this luxurious ingredient. Founded in 1989, Hudson Valley is one of the largest breeders and processors of moulard (a hybrid of Pekin and Muscovy duck that is developed in Israel and France), producing foie gras that has been said to be comparable to their French counter-parts and of course, it is proudly served at the White House.
