Cashew & Green Gram Salad in Potato Basket

Serves 4  
   
Ingredients:  
   
50g onions, chopped

50g

tomatoes, chopped

5g

green chilies, chopped

3g

cumin powder

5g

red chili powder

75g

tamarind chutney
  salt to taste

potato baskets
   
  Hara Channa
200g green grams
100g cashew nuts
   
 

Garnish

20g coriander, chopped
5g chat masala
   

Method:

Hara Channa

Boil cashew and green grams with a little salt and soda bicarbonate. When done, drain and allow it to cool.

Mix the remaining ingredients together and serve in potato baskets.


Assembly

Garnish with coriander leaves and chaat masala.
