Believe it! UK's culinary legend, Anton Mosimann bestows his eminence at the newly established Equinox. Highly respected in the culinary field, Mosimann is the pioneer in Europe's gastronomic culture, heavily influencing the styles that have been adopted today.

His accolades and awards are countless. A total of thirteen highly successful cookbooks under his belt and having appeared on several gourmet lifestyle television programmes in Europe such as BBC Food & Drink, Swiss TV, Hong Kong TV Taste of Life, Carlton Food Network, Mosimann is known for his contribution to the culinary environment and his unique skills as well as profound knowledge in the profession.

A true believer of nature's goodness, Mosimann created a new style of healthy cooking called Cuisine Naturelle in 1985. This brilliant method, which eschews the use of fats and alcohol, received overwhelming response across Europe, creating a milestone in culinary history.

With more than three decades of immense experience in various establishments including the prestigious 2-Michelin star Dorchester Hotel in London, Mosimann established his first exclusive dining club in 1988 - Mosimann's. Subsequently, his portfolio grew to include The Belfry - a highly personalized dining venue, Mosimann's Party Service, a party or catering service of 'royalty status', Anton Mosimann's Creative Chefs - a specialized recruitment service for the foodservice industry as well as Château Mosimann in Switzerland - a castle that functions as a museum for gastronomy.
